Vascular Lesions Treatment
Vascular lesions are marks on the skin that originate from blood vessels such as capillaries or veins. They may be present at birth, or develop later in life.
Vascular lesions on the body may include:
- Telangiectasia (spider veins) – Small, visible dilated blood vessels near the skin surface.
- Cherry angiomas – Small, round, red bumps made of clusters of tiny blood vessels.
- Hemangiomas – Benign growths made up of blood vessels, often present at birth.
- Port-wine stains – Large, flat, red/purple birthmarks caused by abnormal blood vessel development.
We can treat these lesions whilst also correcting uneven pigmentation. The result is noticeably clearer, brighter skin with a more youthful complexion.
How does it work?

How much does IPL for Vascular Lesions cost?
Most clients receive around 6-8 treatments, for best results. Sessions are usually performed 4-6 weeks apart. Is the treatment suitable for me?
Contraindications include, but are not limited to: diseases or conditions that can be stimulated by or sensitive to light, a current diagnosis or history of cancer, and if you have recently had excessive exposure to sun or have fake-tanned skin. A patch test and consultation is required before your treatments, so if you have not had one, please book in for that in the first instance.
