Booking
Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected events mean you are unable to attend your appointment. If you can't make it, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your appointment to someone else. When less than 24 hours notice is given, or if you miss your appointment all together, we reserve the right to charge you 25% of the treatment cost.

Health Conditions
Your Therapist or Clinician is likely to ask you about any relevant Medical history. However if they do not, and you have any Medical conditions that may affect or impact on your treatments, please let us know. This includes being at any stage of pregnancy or if you are breast-feeding.

Smoking
It is illegal (Smoking Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005) for anyone to smoke within this building or its grounds. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.

The staff at Tay Medispa strive to give our clients the highest possible standard of care, and to act quickly if problems arise.

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints on any aspect of the service we provide, please bring this to our attention as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns and, if necessary, conduct a full investigation.

In the first instance we would ask that you contact the Spa Manager Mr Simon Langford either in writing or in person, who will be only too happy to discuss the matter with you.

You have the right to complain to the health regulator at any time.
